Nannì is a wine made from grapevines planted in hilly areas in limestone-rich clay soil. The grapes are hand-picked in October to be then immediately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation happens in stainless steel fermenters, the wine is made sparkling by gasification in tanks. Then it goes through the stabilization process before being bottled.
It is made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes.
Nannì sweet sparkling wine is straw gold, with a nice perlage, a direct, delicate and unique scent that mixes varietal aromas and the typical notes of the grape varieties it is made from; its taste is harmonious and pleasantly sweet.
Sweet sparkling wine that pairs beautifully with soft cheese or, at the end of a meal, with traditional desserts like a classic “ciambellone” ring cake.
